In case of loss, please inform reception immediately. Replacement costs will be charged. If you forget to return your key at check-out, mailing costs will apply. If you do not need to pass by reception at departure, you may drop your key in the key box located at the bottom of the stairs leading to the ground floor, to the right of the ski room.
Available in your room. The hotel declines all responsibility for items not placed in a locked safe.

(Hiver uniquement) Upon arrival in your room, you will find one still water bottle and one sparkling water bottle, which we are pleased to offer you. Throughout your stay, you may refill them at the reception during opening hours (€3 per bottle). When the reception is closed, please note that tap water is safe to drink.

Subject to availability, staff will be happy to assist you with your luggage, as the hotel does not have a lift. On departure, reception can store your luggage free of charge.
Smoking and cooking are strictly prohibited in the rooms for safety reasons. A €120 charge will apply for any violation. Ashtrays are available on balconies where applicable.
Any damage or inappropriate behaviour may result in additional charges.
Pets are not allowed.

As the restaurant is close to the guest rooms, we kindly ask our guests to respect service hours and maintain discretion, especially later in the evening.
Located on the ground floor.
A shared ski room is available on the ground floor of the hotel. It is equipped, among other amenities, with boot warmers.
Storage spaces are assigned according to room numbers; however, they are not individually locked. The entire area is under video surveillance and is locked by hotel staff every evening from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am the following morning.
