As a little anecdote: Maurice was Aurore Charvin’s grandfather and the builder of the chalet that now houses Hôtel Les Monts Charvin. We were delighted to pay tribute to Aurore and her father, Bernard, with this heartfelt nod.
The new dining service offered to hotel guests responds to their wish to occasionally enjoy dinner at the hotel, rather than heading back out into the resort on certain evenings
For this reason, and in order to ensure the comfort and tranquillity of all our guests, we kindly ask everyone to respect service hours and to move about the hotel with discretion at all times, particularly later in the evening.
From this winter onwards, guests can enjoy dinner at the hotel at Chez Maurice. A simple menu featuring homemade dishes, served from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm.
Every morning from 8:00 am to 10:30 am, enjoy our breakfast according to the option selected in advance: – “Buffet” served in the Chez Maurice dining room on the first floor – “Express” served at the Bar des Monts Charvin, located at the hotel reception in the Chez Maurice dining room on the firster floor for the Buffet option, or at the Bar des Monts Charvin, located at the hotel reception, for the Express option.
